Learn how nutritional testing and coaching can radically improve your comprehensive health.

One of the keys to improving your overall health is nutrition; it's what you eat, what you drink, and even what you put on your skin. One of the greatest ways you can leverage your time, money and resources is to focus on understanding how your body interacts with all areas of nutrition and the environment(s) you live in and around. We do this not only through helping you build a positive and effective nutritional lifestyle but also through specific testing to make sure that the plan will work for you specifically on a cellular level.

Here's what you can expect to learn and experience when working with Dr. Mette when it comes to your personal nutrition and eating:
What foods and nutrients YOUR body needs the most to thrive
What foods, nutrients and even potentially toxic elements and chemicals that may be secretly holding you back
How to leverage healthy eating to help you lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, gain mobility and even improve your mental wellbeing
How to create a sustainable eating/nutritional lifestyle that works for you and your family -- and is also something you enjoy.

How It Works

Our approach is broken down into three simple steps:

Step 1: You'll schedule an appointment for Dr. Mette to understand your goals and needs.

Step 2: Dr. Mette will offer to have food/toxin tests and studies conducted using your hair/blood and will thoroughly review the results.

Step 3: Dr. Mette will go over the results and create a custom optimal wellness game plan for you to achieve the exact results you're looking for.

Reasons why our patients are taking advantage of Dr Mette's nutirtional coaching and testing services:
To improve immunity, gut health and overall energy levels.
To manage their weight and physique
To have an understanding of any food sensitivities that may be affecting them
To have a game plan for their long term health and health related goals
To improve how they feel, move and eat
