How It Works

Our approach is broken down into three simple steps:

Step 1: You'll schedule an appointment for Dr. Mette to understand your goals and needs.

Step 2: Dr. Mette will offer to have food/toxin tests and studies conducted using your hair/blood and will thoroughly review the results.

Step 3: Dr. Mette will go over the results and create a custom optimal wellness game plan for you to achieve the exact results you're looking for.
